Nadia Buari

Nadia Buari (born 21 November 1982) is a Ghanaian actress and has featured in more than 50 movies both in Nigeria and Ghana.
The drop dead pretty actress, who has been in an ‘off today, on tomorrow’ love affair with Nigerian actor, Jim Iyke, was born in 1982 to Alhaji Sidiku Buari, a Ghanaian musician, and Hajia Buari. She studied Performing Arts at the University of Ghana, Legon, and graduated with a BFA degree in FineArts.
Nadia who has acted in several movies including Beyonce, The President Daughter, The Return of Beyonce, Mummy’s Daughter, Darkness of Sorrow, Slave to Lust, In The Eyes of My Husband,American Boy and Wicked Intentions, started her acting career on Ghanaian national television with the TV series Games People Play in late 2005, while her first major film was Mummy’s Daughter.
She has won many awards including two nominations for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the African Movie Academy Awards in 2007 and 2009. She has made a name for herself that her audience always look out for her movies.
