Stella Damascus Aboderin
Stella Damasus-Aboderin was born on April 24, 1978. in Asaba, Delta State. She grew up in Benin City where she completed most of her primary education.
Born into a family of six (five girls and one boy who is now late), Stella attended Greater Tomorrow Primary School and Idia College both in Benin, Edo state. She had her tertiary education at the University of Lagos where she studied Creative Arts and graduated in 2002.
This Nigerian actress met her late husband Jaiye former son of late Chief Olu Aboderin founder of The Punch Newspapers, at Jazzville Onike, Yaba, Lagos. There union lasted for seven years which left her a widow.
After four years, Stella on Friday March 6, 2009 got married to Emeka Nzeribe, who hails from Oguta, Imo state.
Damasus-Aboderin first appeared in the Nigerian film "Abused" in 1992. She has starred in over 50 movies.In 2009, she was nominated for Best Actress in a Leading Role at the African Movie Academy Awards.
At a point in her career, Stella went into music where she has recorded a staggering success. She also know to be an activist and fights for the rights of women and child.
